Now he’s hitting crazy PRs in our small group training sessions and kicking butt in our boot camp sessions!

Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: Sweat is weakness leaving the body.
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: To keep up with my 4yo daughter and not be completely gassed.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: The Wife!!
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: My wife had been a No Limits member for about 2 years. I had not been following through with my membership at another gym. I tried out a free promo at No Limits and have been coming since.
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: I enjoy being around like minded people focused on getting healthy and strong at every age.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I never really set any fitness goals but I am getting slimmer and much stronger.
Q: What made you decide to join No Limits Fitness?
A: My lack of will power to get to the gym without accountability.
Q: What was the obstacle that almost prevented you from joining?
A: Previous injuries and work schedule.
Q: What has exceeded your expectations since joining?
A: The comradery between the gym members. It’s a tight knit group of people.
Q: What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: Life is too short, stop making excuses and make it happen.
Q: What is your “word” for this year?
A: Strength.
