No Limits Fitness is recognized as one of the top training facilities on the East Coast.

Founded in 2013, we've helped hundreds of people improve their lives through fitness.

Our personal training internships include over 240 hours of training time.

Interns start by learning the different approaches and strategies our team uses while working with both individuals and small groups.

  • Over the course of 6 weeks, interns are given an increasing amount of responsibility, progressing from helping clients with warm-ups to coaching small group sessions.
  • Interns also support the daily operations of the business by assisting with behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.
  • Additionally, interns are expected to complete weekly educational modules to develop a strong understanding of our strength and conditioning program design process.
  • We expect interns to be passionate, show initiative, and actively engage the learning process.
  • Unlike most internships where your biggest contribution is cleaning, our goal is to give you a hands-on learning experience and provide you with the foundational skills for a career in fitness.

Our 6 Week Curriculum

Week 1

Shadowing small group personal training sessions to learn our training systems and methodologies at No Limits Fitness.

Week 2

Getting hands-on with coaching dynamic warm-ups.

Week 3

You'll be assisting our training team coaching sessions and getting feedback on your performance.

Week 4

You'll be leading small group training sessions on your own. Our training team will observe and provide guidance and support

Week 5

You'll learn our process for an initial client session and assessment.

You'll continue leading

Week 6

You'll perform an initial client session and assessment.

You'll also complete our Internship Assessment to demonstrate your understanding of the concepts covered during your internship.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Are you a highly motivated individual ready to accelerate your understanding of strength, conditioning and training others?

  • Ability to commit to 6 week program (minimum of 6 hours per week)
  • Interest in training clients of all ages, sizes and physical abilities.
  • Pursuing an exercise-related college degree (preferred)
  • Current Certified Personal Trainer certification from a nationally recognized organization
  • Current CPR / AED certification
