little in awe of George Stewart, our March 2021 Client Spotlight. You will usually find George quietly benching
over 300 lbs! He recently hit a bench PR of 315lbs! And besides those amazing feats of strength,
he’s friendly, and always shows up ready to put in the work. Check out his

What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: “Do or do not. There is no try.” - Yoda
Q:
What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: To keep getting stronger
so that when I get old, if I fall on the floor I’ll be able to get myself up.
Q:
What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to
reach your goals?
A: Seeing gains each time I
finish a plan.
Q:
Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: I’ve been married for
almost 5 years now to my wife Crystal, who started working out at No Limits first. I have been lifting weights on and off for
the last ten years. I’ve belonged to Globo-Gyms
and I also did CrossFit for a while.
I’ve been dealing with injuries almost the whole time. I was taking a
break from working out while I completed my Master’s degree. Crystal found No Limits when she went looking
for a gym that holds boot camp type workouts.
She joined and decided she preferred small group sessions instead, and
talked me into joining.
Q:
How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A:
No Limits has
improved our lives through the positive effects it has had on our energy and
outlook.
Q:
What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have
you achieved so far?
A: I have gotten a lot stronger and during the body composition
challenge. I proved to myself that I
could lose weight too, when I choose to alter my diet.
Q.
What made you decide to join No Limits Fitness?
A: My wife’s recommendation.
Q.
What was the obstacle that almost prevented you from joining?
A: Having time to attend
workouts. I work full time, I’m not a
morning person, and I’m exhausted at the end of the day. Sometimes, I really have to push myself to
work out after I leave work.
Q.
What has exceeded your expectations since joining?
A: When I used to work out
on my own, I was always sore. I always
thought that unless you felt it the next couple days you didn’t work out
enough. Using No Limit’s Small Group
Plans, I have gotten stronger month over month, and besides the first couple
workouts when I was getting back into lifting, I have not been sore.
Q.
What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change &
committing to their goals?
A: Just give it a try. For anybody looking to work on some aspect of
their fitness, No Limits can offer a plan to get them there.
Q. What is your “word” for this year?
A: Recovery. In every sense of the word. We’re coming out of a rough year that brought
me a lot of stress, and stress related eating.
