Our September Client felt the effects of COVID and the lockdown and decided to take the big step and push through her fear to join No Limits Fitness. Over the last 9 months, Brett’s gained strength, confidence, and consistency.

Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: Manifest your dreams and they will become your reality.
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: To become physically stronger and comfortable in my own skin.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: Knowing that I’m a work in progress and all of my hard work will pay off at the end of the day!
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: Pre-COVID, I was more consistent with my nutrition and exercise habits. It helped me tone and shed fat. After all the gyms closed down, I really struggled to stay active and was lacking in the nutrition department. I knew something had to change, so I took the opportunity to start fresh at a new gym that was highly recommended and have been with NLF since!
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: NLF has helped me stay consistent in the gym. I was never consistent with my workouts before starting here. I know consistency is important with achieving goals. I needed that accountability, which I now have at No Limits Fitness which keeps me to continue coming in each week.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I never imagined myself using weights in the gym. I would always stick to cardio and never saw a difference in my body before starting at NLF. I was always intimidated to try benching or squatting and now I am very comfortable with using weights.
Q. What made you decide to join No Limits Fitness?
A: I was recommended to No Limits Fitness by a friend. She told me how much she loved the gym and I decided to join after that!
Q. What was the obstacle that almost prevented you from joining?
A: Coming into a gym as a beginner. I was worried about being the new person and not really knowing anyone at the gym.
Q. What has exceeded your expectations since joining?
A: I have learned so much over the past nine months that I have been at the gym. I am using weights and all sorts of techniques that I was always afraid of trying on my own.
Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: Start now!!
