At No Limits Fitness, we consider ourselves very lucky that we get to train with so many wonderful and committed members. One member that stands out is Cheryl Potter.

She has been training at No Limits Fitness for several months and her level of dedication right from the beginning was fierce.

Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: “Our greatest glory is not in ever falling, but in rising every time we fall.”
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: My goal is to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: My Husband, James Potter. By doing this together we push each other and keep each other motivated to go work out.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: My sister in law, Mary Alice joined No Limits. I saw the progress she was making and it motivated me to start working out.
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: I am healthier and have more energy.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I am able to lift more weight, do more pushups and do pull-ups unassisted.
I love the fact that I went down 2 pants sizes and I had to go shopping for new clothes 🙂
Q. What made you decide to want to join No Limits Fitness?
A: I like that the exercises are different every day, because it makes working out interesting! It’s like having a personal trainer that helps keep you motivated and ensures you are doing the exercises correctly.
Q. What kinds of results have you achieved so far?
A: I have lost 27lbs and increase my strength and endurance.
Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: Come out and try the free week. I promise you’ll love it!!

A: Success!
