We know you’ll be inspired and impressed with our August’s Client Spotlight. Vicki started with us in February and has become an amazing example of consistency, and really puts in the work. She shows how small changes can bring big results. Vicki is a lot of fun to work with and lights up the room with her personality. We are thrilled she’s a part of our No Limits family. Go, Vicki!
Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: If you obey all the rules, you miss all of the fun. -Katherine Hepburn
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: I want to be a healthier me, lose weight and live longer.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: My results and buying new clothes in smaller sizes.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: I am a nurse and during COVID, I put on weight probably due to stress eating. My friend Victoria invited me to try No Limits. She knew I was motivated to lose weight and get healthy.
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: I have started lifting weights (at No Limits), which was brand new to me. I also started going to No Limits’ boot camp, and that was something I thought I would never do. I always did aerobics.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I have lost 70lbs and want to lose about 20lbs more. I have also become stronger.
Q. What made you decide to join No Limits Fitness?
A: I knew muscle would burn more calories so I wanted to build muscle. I knew I had to start something somewhere.
Q. What was the obstacle that almost prevented you from joining?
A: Mike- just kidding.
Q. What has exceeded your expectations since joining?
A: The trainers have all been great and the other members are so friendly, supportive, motivating and kind.
Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: It’s not easy but worth the time and pain.
Q. What is your “word” for this year?
A: Me.
