We just know you are going to find this month’s spotlight an inspiration! Zach has had tremendous strength gains and weight loss results. He’s a hard-working dad, and husband and still makes time for his early morning workouts. Zach prioritizes his health and overall well-being so he’s able to support his family. He’s lost over 50lbs, and continues to lose weight, while building strength. He’s one of the heavy lifters of our gym, and we’re very impressed by him! Check out his story!
Q: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
A: Your ideal body isn’t Amazon Prime. It will not show up in two days.
Q: What are your personal health and fitness goals?
A: My main goal is to get down to a healthy weight and maintain as I get older.
Side Goal: I would like to get my squat/deadlift over 450 lbs.
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
A: My family is my biggest motivation. I want to live a longer and healthier life for my wife and daughter.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
A: My wife started a month before me and said I would love it. She wasn’t wrong.
Q: How has No Limits Fitness made a difference in your life?
A: They have helped me lose weight and stay motivated. They have made working out fun and less of a chore.
Q: What kinds of milestones have you accomplished and what specific results have you achieved so far?
A: I have lost over 50lbs since joining. I have gotten a lot stronger in that time as well.
Q. What made you decide to join No Limits Fitness?
A: The biggest factor was the environment/people. I look forward to going each time. That is something you will not find at just any gym.
Q. What was the obstacle that almost prevented you from joining?
A: I was dreading what my maxes might be after my years of being lazy.
Q. What has exceeded your expectations since joining?
A: The trainers, each one takes the time to get to know you. They care about your success and wellbeing in and outside of the gym.
Q. What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
A: Small changes can have big impacts.
